For Print: We provide a high-resolution, print-ready PDF tailored to your specific trim size for KDP, IngramSpark, or BookVault.

For E-book: We provide a "flowable" ePub file. Unlike a PDF, an ePub allows readers to change font sizes on their Kindle or iPad without breaking the professional layout we’ve created for you.

Our standard formatting package includes both the formatting for ebook and printed paperback. Hardcover formatting needs additional amendments, and can be added on for a small additional charge.

Technically, a formatted file is the "final seal" on your manuscript.

Before we start: We ask that your manuscript be 100% finished and proofread before formatting begins.

Minor Fixes: If you spot a stray typo during the review stage, we can certainly tweak it!

Major Changes: If you decide to add a whole new chapter or rewrite a scene after formatting, it will likely require a complete layout "re-flow," which may incur an additional fee.
