UK GDPR. We provide self-publishing support, author services, and event
organisation. We do not have a Data Protection Officer. This policy applies to our
website which is accessible under the domain names: paperwildpublishing.co.uk and
paperwildpublishing.com.

We collect:

  •  Identity and contact: names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, book-related

interests and experience, and social media handles.

No children's data (site and services for 18+ users only).

  •  Freelancers/creators (editors, narrators, beta/ARC readers).

  •  Event partners.

No selling data; all processors bound by UK GDPR contracts.

Rarely, for US event collaborations. Safeguarded via UK International Data Transfer
Agreement (addendum to standard contracts).

7. Data Retention and Security

Retained 6 years post-contract/service for legal reasons, then securely
deleted.

  •  Marketing data kept until unsubscribe.

Security: Wix Studio provides SSL encryption, firewalls, access controls, and
regular backups. We limit access and monitor for breaches (notify ICO/users
within 72 hours if required).

8. Cookies
